It's good for a start. Nothing that hasn't been written before by Bad Religion.
The drums and guitars clash a lot, it needs to be a lot tighter. Also the little solo has some sour notes in there. Bass is far too loud in the mix, guitars and drums could come up, too, as they are a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the mix.
Keep on working though, you got a promising start.
problems that need fixin:
- songs aren't in english
- drums are way too low
- need new singer
- drums and guitars are offbeat/don't match up very well in the second song
- band name already taken/used/not good anyway
i thought it was crazy,
my favourite melodic hardcore act would be MILES AWAY!

Sounds pretty good to me.
I agree there's too much brass percussion in it, and I can't understand because it's in not english, but all in all, good sounds. I'd be nice if you guys had a site in English too.
