Ratio: Members MUST keep a ratio of above .40 or they will not be able to download from our tracker. You are not allowed to leech torrents but can seed those you have downloaded. You can also upload and seed your own torrents. You are given a 10gb download start before the Site will start to ban you from the Tracker. |

1. Disallowed recordings: DO NOT request or post advanced, benefit or charity albums / Fat Wreck Chords / Honest Don's / Red Scare / Eulogy / Artifix / Punk Core / Frontier Records / MVD-distributed music (audio or video) / AOA/ALL OUT AUDIO / hyperpycnal here - you may post bootlegs, promos, live, TV broadcast vids, etc. A list of disallowed artist can be found HERE as well. This list will be updated as we see fit. 2. Topic titles: DO include the following in your title line (NOT in the sub-title). We will PM you to correct this, and delete the .torrent if we cannot get it fixed: Audio Topic Titles: Lossless Audio Topic Titles: Live Audio Or Live Videos Topic Titles: (Including Lossless Live Audio) Documentaries or Movies Topic Titles: 3. Band names with periods: DO NOT use band names that include periods, as they will not work with the search function correctly. Please post band names of this nature like this: Wrong: A.F.I. / D.R.I. / C.O.C. 4: Torrent File Naming: Correctly name your file or folder with Band name, album, etc. Do not name your torrent file Video_TS as this type of naming will be removed. example.. DO NOT use special characters when naming your torrent file. It will not be registered correctly with the tracker. 5. Torrent Contents: Only upload ONE album per post and torrent. 6. Lossy-to-lossy Transcoding: DO NOT post any Lossy-to-lossy Transcoded material. This will result in poor audio quality. More information about transcoding can be found Here 7. Non-punk bands: The moderating team have discussed some bands which we believe don't fit the punk theme we have here. We will delete these posts and send you a Personal Message telling you what we've done. You will NOT receive a warning for this. Please respect the moderators' discretion in these cases. 8. Duplicate posting: DO NOT post topics more than once. If you need your topic moved to another forum or deleted, hit the 'Report' button at the bottom of the post. 9. Prejudiced Music: Uploaded torrents that are nazi, racist or prejudiced against any group will be deleted, and you may be warned. As punk can be quite offensive due to its nature, this is a lenient rule, but one that still will be enforced. This especially applies to Skrewdriver. We will also not allow bands that have released recordings on nazi-sympathetic labels at any time e.g. Combat 84, Condemned 84, Section 5, Hammerboiz etc. 10. Metal: Use your brain - this is PUNK torrents, please don't post metal here. We don't hate metal, there are just better places for it. Motorhead is considered Metal 11. Reggae: We don't allow it - we even had a vote on it and everything. Lovely and democratic. |

The body of your post should look like this for video torrents: Full Name Of Show/Clip/Promo (Band-Venue-Town-Country-Date): To help you with format details use AVIcodec. It works on MPEG's & AVI's. For screen shots you can use VLC. 3. Include other useful information in the sub-title line. 4. Say thanks and give feedback. A lot of people give a lot of time to this site, thank them for their kind work. 5. We don't want to discourage anyone from uploading, but please limit your number of uploads. You should be able to effectively seed everything you upload until it's seeded by others 6. Increase ratios by seeding a few files a lot, rather than lots of files once 7. Read the rules, help documents and help forum first. Read all the pinned help topics, these are very specific problems but have quite general solutions that can fix a wide range of issues 8. If you are having problems using Bit Torrent on this site then visit the guides section and tracker FAQ first. If you can't find a solution, go to the help forum where someone will try and assist you. |

| 1. Racism: This is banned - any post containing anything racist will be deleted, and the person who posted it will be banned. This also includes images used in avatars and signatures. 2. Homophobia: Occasional use of the word "gay" in an inoffensive way isn't strictly disallowed. We'd prefer if you didn't use it, but recognize that you mean no offence. Anything excessive will result in a warning for you. Just like racism, full-on homophobia will result in you being banned. 3. Sexism: Just as racism and homophobia. 4. Serious Discussions: If there's a thread on a serious topic, don't ruin it by replying with unintelligent nonsense. For example, replying "they suck" is not allowed. Another example would be replying "omg this is a fucking punk forum, don't moderate it!" to this thread. 5. Personal Attacks: Being annoyed at someone is fine, stating that you disagree with them is fine also, what isn't fine is posts that are insulting towards another member of this site. Threads with large arguments will be locked and left to die. Ninja Exception: Due to the nature of Ninja we think it's fair that personal attacks are allowed, but only to people who actually know each other. e.g. members who've been here for a while and know that they're joking and won't take offense at such insults. This is not an excuse to call your friends "faggots" or "niggers" or anything like that, however. 6. Offensive Language: We're tolerant of this, but don't abuse that. Please try not to use excessive swearing to provoke others - it causes threads to turn into stupid arguments that we can do without. It also lowers the tone of the forum. 7. Moderation: The admin trust the moderators to make good decisions where needed, and hopefully users on the forums will recognize this and not bitch about it. If you break a rule, then don't break it again and don't announce your intention to break it again - this can get you banned. While it would be great to not have anything moderated, that's been shown to not work on most forums. 8. Disputes: Naturally we hope there will be no disputes between members and moderators. If there are, then a mod's decision may be appealed to the site admins. The site admins' decisions are the final say on the matter. 9. Keeping threads on topic: If there's a thread on a band or anything else that you don't like, then don't go into the thread just to reply "omg they're not punk". Don't go into threads to insult people and don't drag other threads down with stupid arguments and issues from other threads. Keep Ninja in Ninja, or you may get warned. 10. Choosing the right forum: The forums should be self-explanatory, but here's a basic guide to the main ones: Torrent files -> relevant download forum If a thread isn't in Ninja, then don't reply to it with nonsense or flames. 11. Scams: Please don't make posts about how to get a free iPod! Doing this will result in a suspension of your account for 2 weeks. 12. Graphic images and links to pr0n sites: Don't bother. There are young members on this board that can get into trouble for viewing these types of images/sites. If you're not sure, the basic guide is that if a site has a warning/disclaimer that you must be 18 (or legal age) to enter, don't post a link to it. Also, a lot of these sites have trojans/adware/malware which can wreck your computer. Posting such images or links will result in a warning, suspension or ban depending on the circumstances. 13. Links to obscure sites: Do not post links to sites like dickcream, or other sites that mess around with a person's browser or download malicious software onto a person's PC. You will be banned! 14. Cracks/serials: We are not a warez site, so please don't ask where you can find anything to do with software piracy. Doing so will result in a suspension of your account for 2 weeks. 15. Signature: Should not contain offensive material & will not be over 375 px high 16. Requesting invites: If you want an invite to another site, then post in here. Only request invites in this thread - posting a new topic will result in your thread either being deleted or merged to the right topic, so please post them in the right place! 17. Multiple accounts: Keep to one account here. If we find you are using more than one then expect all accounts to be banned (unless you have notified a moderator or the site admin previously, in which case you may be allowed to keep one account). We do not allow members to have multiple accounts posting from the same IP address. If you are already a member and someone else at your IP address wishes to become a member too, please contact an Admin to explain your particular situation before registering the new account. Failure to do so will result in ALL accounts being banned. 18. Threatening the safety of the site: If you make a threat to the safety of this site, you will be banned instantly. Don't forget, we can see the IPs you use and can report you just as easily. 19. Banned accounts on other sites: We are now passing on ratio-cheaters' information to other bit torrent trackers, and they are doing the same for us. If you've been banned on another tracker, then expect to be banned from here too! 20. Copyrighted images: Any image that is a cover from a copyrighted CD/DVD, or an image taken from a copyrighted show, can't be uploaded onto this site (i.e. can't be attached to a post/topic) as it means we're directly hosting copyrighted material. Using the [img] tags to link to an external image is fine though. 21. 'Bypass Compulsory Registration' sites: We check regularly for members who have given out their username and password to these kind of sites. ANYONE CAUGHT DOING THIS WILL BE INSTANTLY BANNED, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. So please keep this information safe, as it will be your own fault if you get banned. We will also pass on your details (email address, ip etc) to other p2p site admins. We take this VERY seriously. Stupidity isn't an excuse; on one site, before you submit the password this warning comes up: Warning! Peligro! Achtung! Danger! ...so we're not accepting any excuses whatsoever. If you have let someone use your account, we strongly advise you to change your password NOW, and don't give it back out again, as you are ultimately responsible for any and all activity on your account.
